Nizar is the Founder and Managing Partner of The Luxury Fund Management together with its affiliated entity TLF Ventures.

Nizar is also a Partner at I2BF Global Ventures – a clean technology venture capital firm, and a member of the Investment Committee of TVM Capital MENA – a Healthcare and Life Science private equity fund.

Prior to founding The Luxury Fund Management, Nizar served as the Chief Executive Officer of Al-Per Solutions – Dubai International Financial Centre and Geneva based DFSA regulated. Nizar was also a Partner at Injazat Capital where he acted as Director of the Injazat Technology Fund – a private equity technology fund.

Nizar holds a B.A. in Economics from the American University of Beirut, and a M.S. in Finance from ESCP-Europe, followed by an extensive program in Finance at HEC, in Paris, France.
